1. Start with something small
Begin with a couple of starters for the table while you settle in. Good choices are Bruschetta, Garlic Bread, Calamari Fritti, Hot Olives or the Antipasto Platter, which is easy to share.
2. Share a pizza or two
Pizzas are made for sharing. Pick one familiar favourite and one you have not tried before. If you like a bit of heat, look at the Diavola. If you want something rich and creamy, try the Burrata.
3. Add a pasta or risotto
Choose one pasta and, if you like, a risotto such as Truffle & Porcini or Seafood. They pair well with pizza because the flavours are so different.
4. Something fresh on the side
A Caprese Salad or Rocket & Parmesan Salad adds freshness and balances the richer dishes.
5. Finish with dessert
Traditional Tiramisu, Vanilla Panna Cotta, Sicilian Cannoli or a Nutella Pizza: order a few and let everyone share a taste.
Order a little of everything and pass the plates.
A rule of thumb for four people
Two starters, two or three pizzas, one or two pastas, a salad and a few desserts is usually plenty. Our team is always happy to help you adjust the order to suit your group.
